I used Warren for design work to help complete my house plans that I started. He was very helpful with bringing my design from 3d models to proper plans for permitting. He provided solutions to issues around building code and bylaw to make the vision work.
He was willing to work with what I had unlike other architects and was very easy to work with.
I will hands down use Seraphic Virtual Designs for future work and highly recommend others to.
